Essay Writing for AIMS
Grade: Ages 9 to 13
This class is for anyone who wants to shine on the AIMS test. It will cover the basics of the fundamentals of essay writing with the AIMS test specifically in mind. Classes will be small and focused. Campers will be given time to write in class and encouraged to practice outside of class. Level 1 will cover all of the starting points and help reduce test anxiety. Level II is for those who want to feel more confident in their essay writing skills. Level III builds on the prior courses and provides top-notch practice.

Video Game Design
Grade: Ages 9 to 14
Join us for a fun week (or two or three) of video game design. Learn the fundamentals of how to design and create your own unique game using art and science. You will learn how to build characters, levels, obstacles, robots and puzzles –the works. Your experience will only be limited by your imagination. Level I starts with the basics. Level II takes what you’ve created in Level I and builds upon your experience. For the real gamer, Level III is a must. You’ll want them all. These classes will be small with close instruction, guidance and supervision. It’ll be a blast.

After learning the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, your teen or tween will be armed with how to make smart choices in challenging times. This course uses contemporary cartoons, inspiring quotes, fun quizzes, and interactive home assignments, to develop key life skills. Better decision making made entertaining. Way cool, dude.

Super Cool Science
Grade: Ages 7 to 9
Join us for a fun week (or two or three) of super cool, hands on science camp. Learn how all sorts of things work. It will be real science in action. We’ll show you how scientists do their work and then put it to practice. We’ll start with things as simple as pressure and volume and move on to rockets, electrical circuits and even build a speaker. You don’t have to tell your parents about all the fun, neat stuff you build. Level I starts with the basics. Level II picks up where Level I leaves off and tackles some more complex experiments. Level III is for the real pros and will include building an electronic lie detector. For real!
